August 2013
SHARING OPTIONS:

GlobalStem

HIP Neurons are a mixed population of early differentiating neuronal progenitor cells derived from an integration-free human induced pluripotent stem cell line. They are easily differentiated into mature neuronal cultures with functional properties, such as evoked calcium responses. After four weeks of differentiation, HIP Neurons show an abundance of MAP2-positive (green) neurons expressing the synaptic marker, Synapsin (red).
