Detecting Biomolecular Interactions, Akubio
October 2006
SHARING OPTIONS:

Acoustic biosensor company Akubio launches the RAP.id4 biomolecular interaction analysis system. Relying on the company's proprietary resonant acoustic profiling (RAP) technology, the standalone, fully automated unit enables real-time label-free analysis and quantitation of interactions. The flow-based system requires little in the way of sample purification to produce kinetic, affinity and concentration measurements in complex mixtures such as blood or cell culture supernatants. RAP·id4 requires minimal user intervention and is controlled via user-friendly software, typically processing an average of 400 samples per day.
