Efficient, label-free 96-well plate
September 2012
SHARING OPTIONS:
PerkinElmer
PerkinElmer introduces its first
96-well cellular
label-free assay plate for the EnSpire Label-Free
Multimode Plate Reader platform. The benchtop detection platform can
identify novel molecules and
characterize important cellular and
biochemical mechanisms of action. The plate requires no assays, as
each well contains an optical sensor, and it
enables manual liquid
handling and pipetting and supports throughput needs lower than 384
wells. It has applications in GPCR and orphan receptor
screening, ion
channels, cytotoxicity assays, receptor tyrosine kinases and stem and
primary cell assays, among others.
