RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.—Metabolon Inc. and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. have announced a multi-year research alliance for the discovery of therapeutic targets and biomarkers. Metabolon will use its proprietary analytical platform, which accelerates drug discovery and development through the accurate measurement of the spectrum of biochemical changes in biological samples, for the discovery and validation of targets and the identification of novel pharmacodynamic biomarkers.
