EMD Millipore introduces the Magna ChIP HT96 kit for high-throughput chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). ChIP can be performed on up to 96 samples with as few as 10,000 cells per well, with a magnetic protein A/G bead blend for affinity capture of a broader range of antibody isotopes. With an optimized protocol based on a single, proprietary buffer for sonication, immunoprecipitation and washing, the kit offers increased sensitivity and lower backgrounds. The kit can be purchased with or without control antibodies and qPCR analysis primers.
