Nonlinear Dynamics announces the launch of Progenesis LC-MS, a data analysis program to aid in the detection and quantification of proteins of interest in label-free samples. The program can be harnessed for both differential protein expression and protein characterization applications. Progenesis LC-MS helps to minimize data loss, with quantification of all peaks, rather than just those with MS/MS data, and support for all major hardware vendors as well as workflows that increase protein and proteome coverage. Progenesis LC-MS’ quantify-then-identify approach, when used with inclusion lists or gas-phase fractionation, aids in the retention of peptide information.
