DELHI, India—Research-based pharmaceutical company Advinus Therapeutics and specialty glass and ceramics manufacturer Corning Inc. have announced a collaboration to bring Corning’s Epic label-free detection technology to India. Epic combines biochemical detection and cellular analysis on a single label-free platform to enable a better understanding of biological activity for a wide range of research applications. According to the companies, their partnership enables Advinus to leverage Epic to enhance its own drug discovery capabilities and to provide assay development and screening services to companies both in India and abroad. Further details were not released.
