Roche Diagnostics is now providing Exiqon ProbeLibrary Kits for high throughput gene expression analysis and target validation of microarray experiments using real-time PCR. ProbeLibrary Kits permit detection of >98% of the transcripts of a given genome based on only 90 detection probes, 8-9 nucleotides in length. Kits are available for human and 5 other organisms. Unique features of the kits include day-to-day assay availability and the free web-based ProbeFinder software package. The ProbeLibrary format is compatible with existing real-time PCR detection instruments.
