Vivascience’s most recent addition to the Vivapure sample preparation product line is a new human albumin and IgG depletion kit. The Vivapure Anti-HSA/IgG Kit utilizes a combination of a unique Anti-HSA antibody fragment and Protein G resin for specifically depleting albumin and IgG from human samples. The kit provides >95 % removal of albumin and IgG from 20 µl of human serum along with low non-specific binding of potential serum biomarkers. Albumin and IgG depleted samples are recovered in a low salt buffer, speeding downstream applications. The method is quick and suitable for parallel processing.
