Integration for faster data analysis

SAN DIEGO—A partnership was launched last month between OnRamp BioInformatics and Active Motif for improved accuracy in data analysis for ChIP-Seq experiments. OnRamp's ROSALIND software will be integrated with Active Motif's offerings, including kits and antibodies such as Unique Molecular Identifiers and spike-in solutions, to provide customers with new, optimized analytic options. The combination will provide rapid data interpretation, as well as the ability to share data via a ROSALIND collaborative space.
 
“Combining the simplicity of our kits with a straightforward online analysis solution allows even beginners to complete an entire ChIP-Seq experiment with ease,” remarked Active Motif CEO Ted DeFrank. “It is our hope that offering a way to analyze ChIP-Seq data with speed and improved accuracy will enable users to publish new findings much more quickly.”
